Tried a number of other tuners which were marginal at best. This one is amazing.

I use this for my guitar, bass, and ukulele. Works well, picks up the sound of the instrument over the sound of my kids. I can set the machine for my specific instrument. It all works flawlessly. I used this when it was just for iPhone but with an ipad GUI its nicer on my device. Kudos.

This app is worth every dollar. Its so easy to use and convenient. In addition, it has so many tuning options to choose from.

App worked for 3 mos. on new iPad, now its broken and theyre clueless on repair. Just added to iPhone. It works there, but how long? Great tool when it works.

I searched for 12 string guitar tuners. After I purchased it did not include a tuner for that one.

Works great / best 4$ ever spent. Flawless I use alternate tunings on specific guitars and storing them on the app is perfect. Way to go!!!

I have tried several iPhone and iPad tuners, and so far this one has proven to be the easiest to use to accurately tune my acoustic 6-string (steel) guitars. I also find the analog dial display to be very intuitive. The only shortcoming Ive found is the display will not rotate for landscape orientation on an iPad, which is annoying but does not alter functionality. One hint- iPhone tuner apps only work well in quiet environments. Ambient noise distorts their accuracy.

Even tho iPhone is up to max, very low volume from app??? Whats up?

Zero background with tuning a guitar but as able to do so in about 2 minutes. So easy and user friendly.

This is a great app, but it is locked in one position. It wont reorient itself, so I must read it sideways. Not a big deal, but a surprising bug to find in a device this good.

Absolutely love it! I always have my phone so whenever Im somewhere and theres a guitar I want to test or play I can make sure its in PERFECT tune. Love this app!

Used a Korg TM-50 for years. Tested this against it, and Pro Guitar Tuner won. The accuracy of this is just a tiny bit better, but that is what counts with tuners!

Ive had many tuners through the years. I purchased many for my students too. This phone app tuner is better than anything I have ever used. Alternate turnings are great too.

I am brand new to Apple ecosystem. I left Android because of ads out the wazoo. I go to tune my guitar tonight and an ad. I gave two stars only because it’s accurate. When I finish this I will uninstall

my lettuce tuner is better, this app can’t even pick up my A string only my D and low E string putting it right next to my amp and still can’t pick it up

They insist you pay more. It stops working until you do.

I’ve had this app for 3-4 years now on my iPhone; was real great, now showing D or D# on tuned 1-6 strings (Standard Guitar & Standard Tuning).

I do not recommend this app. It worked correctly for the first week after I paid for the app, now it just works sometimes. No idea why. It’s great when it works, but it rarely works when I need it to. Get a different tuner.

App is unusable, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, you’re better off with every other tuner app

Can’t use it because the add for google wireless covers the tuner entirely. There is no way to close the window to use the tuner

For the last couple months, I have an iPad Pro and the app has been missing from half the screen. I have written in a couple times, but have not gotten a response.

Best app I’ve ever used and there’s plenty to make a choice from, so glad I made the right choice!!!

Tuning instrument is amazing!

This app was totally free. Now the app forces you to watch a 30 second ad to use. But sometimes after watching the ad, the tuner screen goes black. It’s not worth the exorbitant cost to buy when there are so many other free options available on the internet. Im uninstalling this app. Not worth it.

I don’t know what’s up with this app now, too many glitches or bugs. Used to be good but is garbage now.

Don’t buy this app. No 12 string alternatives. And no custom tuning abilities.

App attempts to install malware every time its loaded. Avoid like the plague!

This tuner app is very accurate but not too sensitive that the needle is jumping around. You can set it for several different instruments and tunings. It will also display the actual frequency of tones picked up by the phone mic—very helpful for notching out feedback.

This app was the best, Ive been using it for years and just the large selection of tunings *mwah* What’s changed? Well they locked everything besides E Standard behind a paywall. With the amount of tuning apps doing this nowadays you’re better off buying an actual tuner.

Thus was my favorite tuner until iOS 18 update. Now the app opens and closes right back out. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Looking for another good tuner.

It was great until they wanted to charge me I don’t even use it anymore but I was at my friends without my tuner and used this app and it locked up …

Works great. Just let me go straight to the (free) tuner without asking me 14 times to upgrade.

PGT always improves my tuning after getting close with my TC headstock tuner. But why doesn’t it create an app portal on my phone, like other phone tuner apps do? I have to go open it at the App Store every time.

I bought this tuner with the hope of it being a good tuner. It is useless on a 5 string banjo. It cannot tune the B string. It cannot even hear the B string. The other 4 strings are sketchy. Banjo pickers save your money b

I used to pay .99 a month for this app and this month it’s forcing me to pay 9.99. Also won’t restore my account purchase even though I just paid for it. I’ve been with this app for 6 years for it to act like I’ve never had an account.

Just a bit of needle fluctuation during use, gets it close enough for practice; I don’t use it for gigs.

I like this better than the Boss App tuner Easy to use I play a lot in E flat Now you have to pay if you want to use it for anything but cowboy chord tuning

Having trouble carrying my purchase from android to iOS? Is this something that should be expected? Would like to have been made aware of this when making the decision to use it on a new device. Please fix if possible. The experience of having to pay two times for the full functionality of the app is not straightforward.

It was once my favorite tuning app now it’s garbage trash only for the reason it wants to show every note but the one your looking for and even no my other tuning device says I’m on the right note this app says something different that and now it has adds it didn’ t before inflation thanks to Biden and the funky bunch

I’m using the free version with ads. They know the formula of how to show ads and not upset to the customer. I say that because I’ve erased two other guitar tuner apps because they became too difficult to use with all the ads they threw in.

I like the accuracy but I’m tired of killing the process so it stops freezing up. 😵‍💫

Greatest guitar tuner app available

Ok, so the standard guitar tuner works well. But trying to upgrade to the next level is impossible. A million ads and inescapable exasperation to attempt to PAY THEM MONEY has sent me back to the app store.

Impossible to use… sound so low you cannot distinguish tune. I even tried connecting it to a Bluetooth external speaker with no luck at all - uninstalling.

Best free one that I’ve found !! And there are many !!🤟😎

Seems to just read sounds at random, or else it’s reading through the mic instead of my interface. Either way it’s useless to me.

I come back to this specific app for my acoustic guitar and it has never let me down . Iv been using it for years . 10/10 would recommend.

I have had several tuners. When it it time to lay down tracks I always rely on this tuner, even though I have a handful of expensive clip on tuners. Much appreciated.

The App makes it easy to tune the guitar in other than standard tuning

This app worked great for a year. Now it takes to another web site to watch adds before I can use it. I had to finally delete. I think the price to buy it is steep.
